ABOUT THE MINOR

Pastoral Ministry refers to the work and responsibilities associated with the leadership and care of a religious  congregation or community. It is often associated with religious or spiritual leadership within a church, but it can extend to various religious or faith-based organizations.

Pastoral Ministry typically involves individuals known as pastors, ministers, priests, or clergy members who are responsible for guiding and nurturing the spiritual well-being of their congregation members.

Pastoral Ministry involves providing spiritual leadership to a community. This includes preaching, teaching, and guiding individuals in matters of faith and religious doctrine.

Pastors often serve as counselors, providing emotional and spiritual support to individuals facing challenges, crises, or personal issues. They may offer guidance based on religious teachings and principles.
