Prepare all required documents

Prepare the following documents:

1. Proof of payment of Application Fee (PDF)

2. Scan of High School Diploma (official English version)

You are eligible to apply for a BA program at the Collage of Theology and Social Sciences (CTSS), if you have a secondary education certificate (confirming completion of at least a total of 11 years of primary and secondary education), which officially entitles you to enter university education in your country or in the country where you completed your high school education.

If your country is not a signatory of the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961, you will need to have your diploma (or multiple diplomas/certificates) legalized, most probably at the Polish Embassy or Consulate in the country in which the diploma was obtained. You will have to present your legalized documents to the Admissions Office within the first six months of your studies at CTSS.

3. Scan of your Passport (ID pages showing your photo, date of birth, nationality and passport number).

4. Health Certificate (only if you wish to study in Poland)

The Health Certificate is issued by a qualified medical doctor confirming that you are able to undertake university education. A statement by a qualified physician is sufficient; a detailed medical record is NOT required. This document should be translated into Polish by a certified translator.

5. Passport style photo:

Send us a scan of your photo as JPG/JPEG (for your Student ID Card)
On arrival, provide us with two physical phtos for your diploma and for CTSS’s records (3,5 x 4,5 cm)
It should be done on a plain white background, full face, with a natural face expression.

6. A scan of a recommendation letter from your pastor/church leader, mentor or supervisor.

7. B2 English Level Certificate (if you don’t have it you will have to pass a B2 equivalent exam at CTSS prior to being accepted).

8. Write a 2 to 3-page essay explaining the following:

– Why do you want to become a MATS student at the College of Theology and Social Sciences in Warsaw?

– What are your plans after graduating with an accredited European Bachelor’s Degree?

5

Admission interview

The Admissions Office, after reviewing your admission status, will schedule an online interview with you. The interview will be held by a person from the Admissions Office. If you qualify to become our student, you will receive confirmation of admission to the CTSS. All notifications will be sent to you by e-mail.

The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better and inform you of all the necessary steps for enrollment (who you are, your church involvement, your spiritual life, as well as provide you with information about our dormitories, costs, scholarship possibilities and other). It is also to discuss the academic aspect of the program and to evaluate your spiritual compatibility with the program. After the interview, the Admissions Office will notify you whether or not you can proceed with the enrollment process.
