Coaching and mentoring offer tremendous value both in professional and personal development. These practices have proven to be invaluable tools in fostering growth, and faith, building skills, and knowledge. Coaching and mentoring provide personalized
guidance tailored to an individual’s specific needs and goals.
Through one-on-one interactions, individuals can focus on honing particular skills, whether they be technical, interpersonal, or leadership-related.Work in a Church (for example as a pastor, assistant pastor, youth leader, etc.) or in related institutions (such as mission organizations, foundations, NGOs, etc.).
Both coaching and mentoring play vital roles in career development. Mentors can provide guidance on career paths, advise on job opportunities, and help navigate the complexities of the professional world.
Coaching sessions can be instrumental in developing leadership skills, communication abilities, and strategic thinking, all of which are crucial for career progression.
DISTANCE LEARNING OPTION
MATS program is also available online. You can become our undergraduate student without coming to Poland. Most of our lectures are live-streamed and recorded weekly, from Wednesday to Friday. If you intend to work and study, please plan accordingly.
