RECOGNITION OF LEARNING OUTCOMES
Individuals who are engaged in ministry—within the Church or outside it—but have not had the
opportunity to obtain formal higher education, or who wish to deepen and strengthen their
qualifications by completing the three-year bachelor’s program, may—starting from the
2016/2017 academic year—take advantage of a system that, based on recognition of professional
experience or ministry practice, allows for the accreditation of up to 50% of the study program.
The 2014 amendment to the Higher Education Act makes it possible to recognize learning
outcomes acquired outside educational institutions.
Those interested can find detailed information in the “Regulations for the Recognition of
Learning Outcomes at the College of Theology and Social Sciences (WSTS) in Warsaw.”
